Using Scantzo.

What the service does
Scantzo provides business pages, QR sharing, a customer review editor, and automatic drafts based on the details customers choose. A generated draft is a suggestion. Customers must check its accuracy and decide what, if anything, to publish.
Genuine experiences
Use Scantzo to describe experiences you actually had. Do not invent visits, impersonate others, publish sensitive personal information, or use the service to harass people. Positive, mixed, and negative feedback receive the same path to Google Maps.
Customer control
Scantzo does not automatically publish reviews. You choose whether to copy a draft, open Google Maps, sign in there, and submit it. Opening a link or copying text is not proof that a review was posted. The labelled Share feedback action also saves your chosen rating, final words, services and any named helper for the business owner. You can choose to copy without sharing this record.
Business administration
Administrators and business owners are responsible for the accuracy of business details, the destination of Google Maps links, permission to use photos, and permission to display employee names. Keep admin credentials private. Deactivating or deleting a page makes its customer link unavailable; previously downloaded QR codes may still exist.
Ratings and employee incentives
Dashboard ratings come from feedback shared on Scantzo and are separate from Google ratings. A named employee receives the overall visit’s selected stars, rather than a separate performance score. Incentive estimates use the owner’s current rule and chosen period. They are not payroll records, payment confirmations, or proof of verified visits. Owners decide rewards using their own records and judgement. All ratings remain part of the business average.
Availability and external services
External messaging services, Google Maps, and hosting access depend on their availability and configuration. Automatic drafting works locally, and you can always write your own wording. Scantzo does not promise review publication, specific ratings, review counts, or business outcomes.
Completed saves use the application’s database and photo storage. Unfinished edits are recovered from the browser on the same device when local storage is available. Browser drafts are not a backup of server data, and clearing browser data removes them. Recovery cannot be guaranteed after every device, storage or hosting failure.
Setup and contact
The “Make yours now” button starts a conversation; it does not purchase a subscription or create an account automatically. Any commercial arrangement must be agreed separately. For setup and service questions, message Scantzo.
