Scantzo gives your business its own feedback page and a QR code to share. Customers describe their real experience, optionally choose an employee, and write or edit a review before opening Google Maps to post it themselves.
Yes. Customers pick their stars and service to get a short draft in everyday English. The wording fits the business type, with different sentence styles and an occasional emoji. They can add a staff name or a personal detail, and their own edits stay protected. Every rating follows the same steps.
No Scantzo app or customer account is needed. They open your page in their browser. Google may require them to sign in to their Google account if they choose to post a review there.
Yes. We can give you a separate business login to add, rename, reorder or remove staff yourself. Changes appear on the same customer page, so your printed QR code keeps working.
Customers copy their final text, open your Google Maps listing, and choose whether to post it. Scantzo does not publish reviews on their behalf or treat a link click as a published review.
